Blood Glucose needs to be tested
- Before Breakfast
- Before Lunch
- Before Dinner
- 10pm {before your snack}
AND - 1 HOUR AFTER:
- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Dinner
Ideal Levels:
- Under 5 – before meals
- Under 7 – 1 hour after meal
Record Readings in Diary.
Always wash your hands before each test.
Always use a new needle for each test.
Readings.
If readings are out of range on 3 occasions in the same day or 3 out of range at the same time over 3 days contact:
